Muscle building exercise three times a week. Aerobic exercise three times a week. Yoga three times a week. Dual n Back –training for brain 20 minutes every day. Practicing Spanish language 20 minutes every day. Mathematic exercises two hours a week. Drawing from observation two hours a week. Daily meditation, extending the length throughout the process. Vegan diet.
This was my attempt to turn myself into the western society’s ideal human being. It’s a full-time job. The feeling of guilt is always present. I was supposed to criticize the demand of ideal but at times I catch myself feeling better. Yet I am failing this. Hard.
